Author and opera singer Becca Allen visited our Pre-K classrooms to read her book “My Mom Sings at the Opera.” The students got to play the game “The Conductor Says… “ (a version of Simon Says), to design costumes for their characters and to learn new vocabulary like Allego and Andante. Becca brings as much energy and enthusiasm to the classroom as she does to her performances at the Lyric Opera. Thank you Becca for sharing your time and talent with us!
